When you experience the power of this deep "inner work" for your well-being, you'll probably want to continue beyond the Starter Pack and keep the changes coming.   Or to do some maintenance work as and when you need it.

These are for 90 minute sessions - you could also split these into 2 x 45 minute sessions.
