Here's a guy who really talks sense about eating better food; Michael Pollan, a journalist who was once described as a "liberal foodie intellectual" by the New York Times. He knows his facts, doesn't pull any punches and keeps the message simple. His latest book details 64 easy food rules that we can all eat by. Here he is reading a few of the rules: To hear more of his views on food, there's a brilliant 60 minute interview cut down into 5 bite-sized portions. Here's the first one and the other 4 are listed next to it on You Tube. The summary he uses to encompass all that he's learned about food says it all: "Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants." And the best rule of all for me? It's number 64. "Break the rules once in a while."
