Mind Therapy Sessions

Just one 90 minute session is great for releasing phobias or allergies. For anything else, especially where there may be trauma to release, it often takes a few sessions for your mind to feel comfortable enough to open up and change.
To encourage you to invest in yourself and do the best work, I've created specially priced bundles of 3 sessions (3 sessions seems to be the magic number for most issues to release themselves). These bundles are superb value AND you get unlimited email/messaging support from me in between sessions to keep the momentum going.
When you buy a bundle you can bank some for later or gift them on. There's no expiry date!
Mind therapy sessions can continue up to 2 hours (the time flies!) so we can really do a lot of great work together. You'll get quick results and then you'll recommend me to others. Most of my clients come from personal recommendations and this makes me smile :)
